RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

How it works

Changed your mind? Say so before the parcel leaves and we cancel the order and refund you in full, to the payment method you used. No reason needed, nothing to send back.

Before dispatch: We cancel the order and refund the full amount. Shopify emails you the confirmation.
After dispatch: The parcel can't be stopped, but the 30-day return still applies: unused, in its original packaging, full refund. We email you the steps.
Made to order: Anything printed or built to your specification is the one exception: once you've approved the proof and the run is placed, it can't be stopped. We tell you in writing when you reach that point.

The order number is on your confirmation email and looks like #1024. Use the email address you ordered with — that is how we match the two.
