Shipping policy

Orders for in-stock items are dispatched from our workshop in Tallinn, Estonia, on the next business day after the order is placed. All shipments are sent with tracking. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination.

Backordered items are dispatched as soon as they arrive from the manufacturer or distributor. The estimated lead time shown on the product page is an estimate, not a guarantee; if it changes materially, we contact you with the option to wait or cancel for a full refund.

We ship across Europe, to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway, to the United States, and to most of Asia, Oceania and the Americas. The countries we deliver to, and the rate for each, are shown at checkout. If yours is not offered, write to hello@audioralis.com.

Orders delivered outside the European Union are exported without Estonian VAT. Import duties, taxes and any carrier handling fee at the destination are charged to you on delivery and are not included in our prices.
