Refund policy

You may return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. To start a return, write to hello@audioralis.com with your order number.

Items that have been put into service cannot be returned as unused: connectors that have been soldered, and earpads or headbands that have been fitted to a headphone, count as used. Sealed consumables (cleaning wipes, cleaning kits) can only be returned unopened.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or not as described, in which case we cover it.

Independently of this policy, all products carry a 2-year warranty against defects: if something fails in normal use, contact us and we will repair, replace, or refund it. Statutory consumer rights under EU and Estonian law are not affected by anything in this policy.

Custom-printed and made-to-order items

Anything printed to your text or artwork is made for you alone, so it sits outside the 30 days above. Under EU consumer law the right to withdraw from a distance purchase does not apply to goods made to a customer’s specification or clearly personalised, and printed heat shrink is exactly that: once it is printed it carries your marking and is no use to anyone else.

There is a clear point of no return, and we tell you when you reach it. We confirm your artwork or text back to you in writing before anything is printed. Until you approve it, cancel for any reason and get every cent back. After you approve it, the run is placed with the printer and cannot be stopped.

That exception covers changing your mind. It does not cover us getting it wrong: if the size, colour or print does not match what you approved, or the parcel arrives damaged, it is our problem and we replace or refund it in full. Print position and length shift slightly as the tube shrinks — that is the material, not a defect, and we will tell you what to expect before you approve.
