Terms of service

This store is operated by Arachne OÜ (Kopli 27—313, 10412 Tallinn, Estonia), trading as Audioralis. By placing an order you accept these terms.

Orders and prices. All prices are in euros and include Estonian VAT where applicable; VAT for other EU destinations is calculated at checkout. An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may cancel and refund any order affected by an obvious pricing or stock error.

Delivery. Delivery estimates are given in good faith. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Returns and warranty. See our Refund policy. All products carry a 2-year warranty against defects, in addition to statutory rights under EU and Estonian consumer law.

Liability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation or use — connector pinouts are documented on each product page; when in doubt, ask before soldering.

Disputes. These terms are governed by Estonian law. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
