Orders for items in stock leave Tallinn the next business day, tracked, anywhere in the EU. The exact rate is calculated at checkout by destination.

Backordered items ship as soon as they arrive from the manufacturer — the lead time on the product page is our estimate, and we notify you if it changes.

Changed your mind before it ships? Cancel the order here — full refund, no reason needed.

Returns

30 days, no interrogation: unused items in their original packaging can come back for a full refund. Connectors that have been soldered and earpads that have been fitted count as used — that one is physics, not policy.

Warranty

Everything we sell carries a 2-year warranty. If something fails in normal use, write to us and we make it right — repair, replacement, or refund.
