Privacy policy

Audioralis (operated by Arachne OÜ, Kopli 27—313, 10412 Tallinn, Estonia) processes personal data as described here and under the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

What we collect. When you order: name, address, email, phone, and order details — needed to fulfil the contract. When you subscribe to the newsletter: your email, used only for that newsletter, until you unsubscribe. Payment details are processed by our payment providers and never stored by us.

Where it goes. Our store runs on Shopify, which processes order data on our behalf. Shipping carriers receive the delivery details needed to deliver. We do not sell or share personal data for advertising.

How long. Order records are kept as required by Estonian accounting law (7 years). Newsletter data is deleted on unsubscribe.

Your rights. You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data, and object to processing, by writing to hello@audioralis.com. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (AKI).
