Edifier's upper true-wireless buds: in-ear with active noise cancelling and a built-in microphone, in Black or Sand. These are the pair for the daily commute — cancelling for the bus and the open office, mics for the calls that interrupt both.
Within our Edifier wall they are the refined option: the W240TN covers the same checklist for less and gives up some polish doing it. The Sand colour is genuinely good — rare praise for earbud colourways.
Know the ceiling: wireless convenience is the product here. A listener who cares about tone first and convenience second gets more music from a wired IE 200 and a quiet room.
Our take
The better of our two Edifier ANC buds and the ones to gift. But if you've reached this budget for sound rather than silence, the wired IE 200 is a different league.
