The friendly door into moving-coil: Hana's entry MC with the musical, unforced balance the brand is known for, offered in two outputs. EH gives 2 mV and runs into any standard MM phono input — no new electronics required. EL gives 0.5 mV, needs a dedicated MC phono stage, and repays it with a touch more purity.

Standard half-inch mount, so it bolts to nearly any conventional tonearm or headshell — but not to automatic decks with integrated cartridges, Sony PS-LX types included. And unlike a moving-magnet design there is no user-swappable stylus: when it wears, it is a factory retip or replacement, not a snap-on part.

Our take
EH if your amp or deck has a plain MM phono input; EL only if you already own an MC stage — it is the finer of the two, but only through the right electronics. Next to the Nagaoka MPs at similar money it trades punch for flow, which is the moving-coil temperament in one sentence.
