The white-shelled KPH7: Koss's cheapest, lightest wired on-ear in its cleanest finish. Mechanically and acoustically it is the standard KPH7 through and through — slim adjustable band, soft pads, 3.5 mm plug, and a total absence of things that can go wrong.
White suits front desks, clinics and tidy home setups, and shows scuffs sooner than the dark shells — the usual bargain with pale plastics.
The buying advice stays the same across the family: a KPH7 in any colour is utility done properly, and the KPH30i is the upgrade when sound starts to matter.
Our take
Pick white for looks, knowing it wears its history visibly. Identical inside to every other KPH7.
