Koss KPH8K

A featherweight wired on-ear in black — the simplest thing Koss makes with a headband. Thin band, small padded drivers, a 3.5 mm plug, and nothing to configure or break.

This is the spare: the drawer headphone, the kid's-laptop headphone, the one you lend without worrying. It weighs so little you stop noticing it, and at this level that is the feature.

Do not expect isolation or bass authority. If it gets sat on, replace it and move on — that is the entire philosophy.
