The budget full-size: over-ear cups with soft cushions, a wired 3.5 mm connection, and enough headphone around your ear for real evening sessions.

This is the TV-at-midnight and desktop-computer headphone. Over-ear beats on-ear for anything past an hour, and at this end of the shelf the UR20 is where that comfort starts.

It will not out-resolve the enthusiast rows and does not pretend to. It simply does quiet domestic service, year after year.

Our take
The comfort pick of the UR row. If sound per euro is the whole question, the Sporta Pro is livelier for a little more — but it is open and sits on the ear; the UR20 wraps around and keeps itself to itself.
