Sennheiser HD620 S

A closed headphone built to stage like an open one. The HD 620 S puts angled drivers in a sealed over-ear shell, aiming the image forward and out — Sennheiser's midrange manners with the door shut.

It suits the listener who wants the house sound but shares walls: open-plan office, bus, bedroom next to a light sleeper. Isolation is passive and honest — no batteries, no processing, nothing to charge.

The cable detaches and ends in a 3.5 mm jack, and it drives easily enough from a laptop. If nobody can hear you anyway, the open HD 550 gives you more air for less money.
