Beyerdynamic Headset DT 280 MK II

Beyerdynamic's modern broadcast headset: closed double-ear cups with real isolation, and a boom microphone tuned for speech intelligibility rather than flattery. Intercom loops, OB positions, commentary a rung below the big-name booths — this is its territory.

The MK II carries the family virtues forward: field-serviceable parts, a headband that survives being dropped in a flightcase, and a dynamic microphone that works on any desk without phantom power.

Like the rest of the broadcast line it is supplied without a cable, so add a K 190-series cord to the order — and tell us what it plugs into if the terminations are unfamiliar.
