A factory connecting cord for Beyerdynamic's modern broadcast headsets — the DT 280 and DT 297 among them — which ship without a cable so every station can terminate to its own equipment.

This is the .28 variant of the K 190 range; length and termination are encoded in that suffix. It carries the microphone lines alongside the headphone feed, in the heavier-duty build the OB world expects.

If you are ordering it with a DT 280 MK II or DT 297 PV MK II, add the cord to the basket and reply to your order confirmation with the connectors on your desk — we will confirm the match before anything ships.

Our take
Budget for this when you price a DT 280 or 297 — the headsets arrive cable-less by design. Nobody regrets the genuine cord; everybody regrets the no-name one at their first outside broadcast in the rain.
