Three distortion circuits in one stereo desktop box — a germanium diode stage, an overdrive emulation and a waveshaper — built by Erica Synths in Riga with the DSP house 112dB.

Its job is hardware: drum machines, synth stereo outs, a whole groovebox mix. Most distortion is a mono guitar pedal; this one keeps your stereo field and saves its settings as recallable presets, which matters the moment you gig with it.

The range runs from mix-glue saturation to structural damage. Start with the germanium circuit at low drive — it is the sleeper setting, and the reason to pick this over a pedal and a pair of adapters.

Our take
The stereo I/O and presets are the actual sell — plenty of boxes distort, few recall. A DB-01 or LXR-02 through the germanium side is the shortest route to a finished-sounding techno jam in this shop.
