The Grid screen tile, left-hand version: a 320 × 240 LCD running configurable widgets, a precision jog wheel, eight Gateron hall-effect keys and four action buttons in the usual 106 mm magnetic tile.

The screen fixes the thing that makes controller banks guesswork — it names the parameter under your fingers, shows values and levels, and runs custom Lua widget pages when the stock ones run out. The jog is for fine values that encoders overshoot.

L and R differ only in mirroring: this one is built to close the left end of a tile chain. Pick by desk layout, then forget about it.

Our take
Once you have run a Grid chain with a screen you will not go back to counting clicks — labels beat memory. Buy the L if your tiles extend to the right of the screen; that is the entire decision.
