A horizontal two-way built for the places an upright monitor won't go: under a screen, on a meter bridge, across the centre of a surround rig. Two 4-inch woofers flank the X-ART tweeter, and the full A-series DSP — room adaptation, A Control — comes along unchanged.

Buy it as the centre channel in an A-series surround or Atmos layout, or as a console nearfield where height is the constraint. The voicing matches the rest of the A-range, so it drops into an existing pair without sticking out.

Sold per piece. A stereo pair means two units; a 5.1 bed means five plus a sub.

Our take
In a stereo-only room the A4V does the same job for less — the A44H earns its keep as a centre channel, or where a screen leaves you 20 cm of height and nothing more. Remember it's priced per piece.
