Audient EVO 8

EVO 4 logic, doubled: four Smartgain preamps, four outputs, and two headphone jacks with independent volume. That second headphone output is the quiet headline — a podcast guest or duet partner hears themselves without a splitter box.

It records a two-person podcast, a small demo session, or a stereo source plus two mics, and still runs on USB-C bus power alone — no power brick in the bag.

The limit is preamp character rather than count: these are clean and honest, not coloured. If you want console-flavoured front ends, the iD range is where Audient keeps them.
